This quick and simple birthday card was done using a retired TAC set (for the party hat), and a current one (Ordinary Greetings) for the sentiment.
I don't think I am even going to tell you what I did, because I think you can look at this one and figure it out. Oh, except that the sparkle was done with Stickles.
