Perky Penguins #3

Here is a quick card I put together this morning when I woke up way to early. It uses Perky Penguins. I ran the back layer of white through my Big Shot with and embossing folder, added some liquid applique, and a bunch of layers, and called it good.

The colored cardstock is Bazzill from some of the packs that match TACs paper collections. The saying is from the "Tag Tidbits" set
