The Spring Supplement is HERE

The new TAC Spring Supplement is here! Check out the new stamp sets on my website found HERE

There are so many varieties of stamps in this supplement that I am beyond excited...can't wait to hear what you think

Humming Birds

Here are a couple of things I made using our "All Things of Nature" stamp set. I combined it with the "Script Background." These two work so well together.

Supplies: Mega Circle Punch, Giga Scallop Punch, Jumbo paper clips, notebook, Bitty Blossums, bitty brads, chalks, paper piercer, Mimi ribbon, Ribbon from Ribbons and Bows, and Rustic Chic paper.

Anthonys Volcano

We have been studying astronomy this year for our science. We have been using "Exploring Creation with Astronomy" by Jeannie Fulbright, it is in the young explorers series put out by Apologia. Anthony and I have really enjoyed it, and he is learning TONS, and of course I am too.

Here is the project that we did this week. We have studied Mars for the last couple of weeks and learned that it has the largest mountain peak in the Solor System...and that mountain just happens to be a volcano. This was such a fun activity...the soap added to it really made it foam, and the food coloring gave it some great color.

Kansas Roundup

I am back from a WONDERFUL weekend of stamping in Salina, KS with a great group of angels. The projects were awesome, and it was great to get to spend time with friends old and new...I am so tired I could sleep for a week...if I wasn't a homeschooling mom.

Here is the card that I did for my swap at the Roundup....by the time I was done with 60 of these I wasn't sure I even liked the card anymore. LOL!

Old Swap Card

Here is a card I received in a swap about a year ago. I love the bright colors. I wish I could remember who it was from, but there was no name on the back. The stamp set she used is Spring Dream, and the paper is Cha Cha.

I am off to Kansas today for the Angel Gathering...I am SO excited!

Happy Mail Day to ME!

Yesterday was a fun mail day, my six year old, who likes to get the mail every day, brought in two hand stamped cards for me...along with the normal bills and junk mail.
Here are the two cards that I received

The first one is from Kimi and is an early birthday card. I love this frog set (Hoppy Everything-TAC) and I love your fun paper and layout. The scan did weird things to it becaue it is up on popdots, which IRL give it such wonderful dimension.

The second one is from Kelley. What a fun and festive card! She also added dimension to her card, but in a different way. The little butterfly is paper pieced and also has some "bling" added with little gems on its wings. I also love the little button brads that she used on the tag.
The sets that she used are Retro Butterflies, Starburst Florals, and Seeds of Blessing.
Thanks ladies for making my day such a special one.

BJs Birthday

YEAH! I finally found my camara cord and was able to get the pictures downloaded of it. This pic is from the end of December when we celebrated Brandons 4th birthday. We did a cowboy party...in case you couldn't tell from the picture...LOL.

One of the games they played was hide and seek. I just have to share one a picture of one of Anthonys hiding spots. He was just wrapped up in an aghan, out in plain sight, yet it took the boy searching forever to find him, in fact he was one of the last ones found.

I am still hard at work getting ready for the Roundup in KS next weekend. I have put together a good portion of the 60 cards I needed for swapping ... I will share with you when I get back.

Busy, busy, busy

I am really busy right now. I have had two sick kids since Friday...they are acting somewhat better today, so hopefully we are through the worst of it.

I am also getting ready for an Angel gathering in Kansas at the end of the month. I am so excited about going, but don't have a single swap ready, and at the rate I am going I will not have a prop swap at all. Are any of you reading this going to be there???

The point of all that is that I have no new cards to share today =(, and it will be slim pickings until the end of the month. Since my SIL Maryah was giving me a hard time about not having pics of my family on here I thought I would add a couple pics of my kids. These were taken a couple of months ago since I can't find my cord to download the new ones off my camera.

We were at the Will Rogers museum in Claremore, OK. The kids loved the dress up area, and then they could go out on a stage and "act" for us, while we sat in the "audience" seats.

Now, y'all, doesn't Anthony look like a true Osborn??? And a kid from Oklahoma? I think he looks SOOO much like Wayne here.

Here's A Hug

This is another for the Stash Challenge on ASB...I CASED this layout from someone on PaperWings.
I used the Kid Praises stamp set for this card

Bless You and Keep You

Here is a card I made with this weeks sketch challenge. I am also working on another challenge on A Shade of Blue. That challenge is to use a whole sheet of patterened paper and make a set of matching cards...as you can see this card matches yesterdays card, and you may see that theme continuing in the next few days.

The sets I used on this card are Scriptures (retired) and Flourishes. I also used my square scallop punch and mini heart brads. The sentiment is up on pop dots, although it doesn't show very well in the scan

Butterfly Kisses

This card was made with LAST weeks sketch challenge. The stamp set that I used is called Kid Praises, and is so adorable.

I think my scanner likes to show off every little flaw on a card, so don't look too closely at the coloring (which is now the first thing that you will do since I said that, huh).

Another Valentine Swap Card

This card was made my Mary Moilanen, you can check out her awesome blog here. The heart stamp she used is one of TACs Gift with Purchase stamps. These cute stamps are FREE with a $30 purchase placed directly through me or another angel. The other stamps she used are (I believe) My Life and Script Background.

Valentine Card from Kim

I received this wonderful card, done by Kim Sears, in the Valentine swap I told you about yesterday. I love the simple elegance of this card, and the cute way that it opens into a smaller little card. Sorry my scanner cut part of the open card off (and I could NOT get it to do it right), but I think that you can get the idea of what it looks like open when you look at both pics.

The stamp sets I know she used are Fancy Curls and Just Because.
