Free money?!? Well, not exactly free money, but as close as you can get without cold hard cash being handed over to you.
What am I talking about? SWAGBUGS! I discovered swagbucks.com a couple of months ago, and I believe I am in love. What is it? It is a website from which you can either search/surf the web, or download their tool bar and search from there (the former way can earn you some extra bucks, and, for using their tool bar they randomly hand you over swagbucks. These can be traded in on their site for fun items, gift cards, and more. Check out their site for more details on this. I am redeeming mine for Amazon gift cards so that I can get gifts at Christmas time-free! Having money put into a paypal account is another way to redeem these bucks, and from there they could be transferred to your bank account...I guess that is cold hard cash, lol.
Another really cool thing, and the reason I am making this post, is that you can sign people up under you. You then earn swag bucks for every buck they receive while searching the web (up to $1000 swagbucks for each friend). Soooo, if you are interested in earning some dough this way, and helping out a friend at the same time, you can sign up here http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/trudence (copy and paste it to your browser, since I can't get it to link directly there).
Two other friends of mine are also doing this, so if you would like to help their wonderful families, send out a message to Jessica H. or Abby C. to find out the code you need to be added as a referral for them. This is just too much like free money to pass it by. =)

Memory Verse Monday Psalms 23:2
You can't get more simple than this memory verse page, just a little torn paper and chalk. You can tell I was a little smarter by the time I made these pages, and I was running them through the printer instead of hand writing on them.

Melora's Heartfelt Hugs
Melora is filling in for me today. I have still not found my MOJO, so I asked for her help. Here is the VERY cute card she made.
The image is from a retired Stamp of the Month from TAC called "Be Curious," and the sentiment is from the current "Sending a Latte" set.

Memory Verse Monday Psalms 23:1
The 23rd Psalm is one the most well known, and beloved, scriptures of the whole Bible. The passage gives such comfort in trying times.
It was so easy to come up with simple pictures to illustrate each verse. It is such a blessing to have this passage memorized.

Advice Please
I had a great plan in mind for this card when I started it, and knew just how it was going to go together. So I did something that I almost never do, and that is glue things together before I had laid it all the way out. Well, my great plan didn't work, and now I have an empty spot on the card. What do you think I should put in that spot? Everything I have tried is either over kill or just yuck, kwim? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Color Over Tech Daisy
I made this card awhile ago using the color over technique. I stamped white ink on dark paper, then colored with colored pencil. It doesn't matter if you color on the lines, it is part of the effect.
I am hoping my MOJO comes back and I can actually share things I like soon.

Memory Verse Monday Psalms 1:4
Definitely not my favorite =), too simple.
I have been surprised with how much of these verses the boys remember. They are able to say them to me almost verbatim after me quoting it once...I guess the time we spent working on them when they were little was not wasted after all.
