I Believe
I just love this saying...it is perfect for how I have felt at times.
Here is another card colored with all colored pencils. The stamps are both from TAC, the image is from a set called "Oh No She Didn't"

Gone Country
This weeks challenge over at the High Hopes blog is to make a country styled card. This is the only High Hopes image I have that fits that category. The card is pretty simple because my stamping room is torn apart and being "remodeled."
This was colored entirely with colored pencils...one of these days I will have those perfected...maybe.

Backpack, Etc.
This was my entry for one of the contests that are open to TAC demos every month. While it didn't win, it was featured on the Mischelle's Savvy Projects Blog
As you can see from these pictures, and comparing them with what Mischelle posted, my "pencil" fell apart in shipping. Poor workmanship, I guess =).
If you want to see all the winning entries go HERE.

Little Cowgirl
Isn't this little duck darling? I love it, but don't own it...yet =0). I went to Colorado just over a month ago and was able to get in a little bit of stamping time with my friends June and Shielow (VERY late at night, especially for me). I was exhausted on the drive home the next day, but since I wasn't driving, it was so worth it.I stamped and colored this image then, but didn't get around to making a card with it until this week.
Thanks, June, for letting me use you stamps...HUGS! Miss you guys.

How to Spot a Dragon
I decided to participate in this weeks challenge on the High Hopes blog. The challenge is to use either dots or spots on your creation. Check it out, the random winner gets to pick free stamps! Free is always good =). This dragon card is what I came up with. The stamp is from High Hopes, of course, and the paper is from The Angel Company.

Thanks
Sorry for the blurry image, I tried time and again, but for some reason my camera did NOT like this card =0).
The stamp sets used on this card are "Oh No She Didn't" and "Ordinary Greetings." The cardstock is TAC's Scarlet and the yellow from, I believe, the Miss Moxie cardstock pack. I embossed the background using the Scorpal and Scorbug.
Thanks for stopping by.

That Husband of Mine
When I married this husband of mine,
There were some things I knew from the start.
I knew he was gentle and thoughtful and wise,
I knew he had a big heart.
But I didn't know all the things I know now,
All the tricks he had up his sleeve,
All the toys he could fix, all the swings he could push,
All the ways he could make believe.
Now the more we're together, the more I can see
The wonderful fortune I've had,
For when I married that dear husband of mine,
I sure married a wonderful dad.
I found this on line and thought it said, very well, the way I feel about Wayne. He has surpassed my wildest dreams as both a husband and a father. I am truly blessed of God.
This picture is of Wayne and Julia working in the garden together. We had a two pretty windy storms in a row, and Wayne was trying to salvage what he could of the garden.

Oh No She DIdn't
Oh No She Didn't is actually the name of the new stamp set with which this set is made. The sentiment is from the stamp set "Ordinary Greetings." I colored with watercolor pencil and skin tone pencils
Don't you just love this girls attitude? My daughter has tried that look on me a couple of times.
