Perky Penguins #2


This card was quick and easy because I used another one of Heather's great sketches.
Do you see the fur around on the hat...just a touch of fun flock...love it.


Supplies:


Perky Penguins (TAC set),

Cardstock: Brown and Ivory (TAC), Bazzill Green, DCWV red

Accessories: Watercolor pencil and blender, ribbon, button, DMC floss, grey tombow marker, and paper piercer brown fun flock
