Graduation

When my mother-in-law visited over spring break, she wanted to make some graduation cards for the kindergarten class she teaches.

I couldn't find my camera, so I had to scan them. It did weird things to the cardstock colors and my coloring...really, they are much nicer in real life.

We made one style for the boys, and one style for the girls, but with the girls we changed the hair and skin tone to match each of the little girls in the class, as much as possible, since I still can't color blond hair for the life of me.

The little girl stamp is one I received from Rick and Kari when I lived with them, can you believe, it has been over 10 years ago now. I used masking to put the graduation cap on her head (the cap is from a retired TAC set). The dinosaur is also from a retired TAC set, and I cut the graduation cap out of one of the sentiment stamps that my MIL brought with her...had to do a little extra snipping to make it fit the dino's head, but we made it work
